A complete home fit-out for a bare 3BHK apartment in one of Jaipur's most popular residential areas — delivered in 44 days, factory-direct.
The Challenge
The apartment was handed over raw from the builder — bare walls, no furniture, no storage. The family was relocating from Delhi and needed the home fully functional within 6 weeks. A structural column in the kitchen created an irregular footprint that standard modular units could not accommodate.
Our Solution
We conducted a site measurement on Day 1 and had design sign-off by Day 3. Kitchen, wardrobe, TV unit, shoe rack, bathroom mirrors, and study unit were manufactured simultaneously at our Sanganer factory. The irregular kitchen column was handled with a custom filler unit that maintains the same door face — completely invisible seam.

- 19mm BWR Marine Plywood (IS 710 grade) — all carcasses
- Hairline Acrylic finish — kitchen shutters
- Calacatta quartz — kitchen counter
- Matte PU paint (warm grey) — wardrobe shutters
- Hettich soft-close hinges and full-extension drawer channels throughout
- Textured dark walnut + lacquered white laminate — TV unit combination
The Result
Handover on Day 44. The family moved in within 3 days. The client has referred two neighbours from the same residential complex since completion.
