Commercial Office Fit-Out — C-Scheme

The Challenge

The firm needed to separate their floor into distinct zones (client meeting rooms, team bays, MD cabin, and a reception area) while maintaining a professional, light-filled environment. Work had to happen without disrupting operations in an adjacent occupied office sharing the floor.

Our Solution

All manufacturing happened off-site at our Sanganer factory while the electrical and civil rough-in proceeded on site. Glass partitions were installed last, over 3 days, after everything else was in place. We coordinated directly with the building facilities team for access timing to avoid disruptions.

Materials Used

• 12mm fully toughened glass (IS 2553 certified) — open partition panels
• 6+12+6mm double-glazed units — MD cabin and conference room (acoustic)
• SS 316 patch fittings and floor pivots — glass doors
• EPDM perimeter acoustic seals
• 18mm marine plywood carcasses — reception counter and storage
• PU paint finish — reception counter in brand colors

The Result

Full handover in 18 days. The adjacent office reported zero disruption. The client's managing director commented that the space now 'looks like a Delhi or Mumbai Grade A office' — which was the brief.
